TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Services
Current MarTech provides consultancy services in [e.g., marketing technology, strategy, and digital solutions]. All services are delivered based on the information you provide and within the scope mutually agreed in writing.
2. Fees and Payment

You may cancel scheduled consultations with at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Current MarTech’s discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, reports, and deliverables created by Current MarTech remain the property of Current MarTech unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables solely for their internal purposes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information exchanged in connection with services as strictly confidential. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Current MarTech collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal data collected via the website or during consultancy (e.g., contact information, email addresses) will be used only to provide services, respond to inquiries, and fulfil contractual obligations. 7. Limitation of Liability
Consultancy services are provided “as is” and Current MarTech makes no guarantees regarding results. Current MarTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services in question.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Website Use
Use of the Current MarTech website must be lawful and in accordance with these Terms. Current MarTech is not responsible for third-party content linked to from the website.
10. Changes to Terms
Current MarTech may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services or the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
